So you might be wondering how coaching works in the first place. Will it work for you? Can it really help? The answer is yes.
I use a highly adaptable and holistic approach to coaching that is completely tailored to the needs of each individual client. Components that are taken into consideration when forming a coaching plan include, but are not limited to:
- Personality type
- Learning and communication styles
- Emotional needs
- Personal schedules and desired timeframes
- Personal history
- Age and current life experience
In each instance of coaching, I help my clients evaluate and identify their key goals, and personalize a plan to help achieve them over a desired period of time.
Sessions can include brainstorming sessions, proactive exercises, free-form discussions and more––it all depends on what will work best for you. The only thing that is required across the board is your commitment to improving your life––the rest will fall into place.
Most importantly, I try my best to relate to my clients on a personal level (one that is comfortable for them) as I care deeply about the outcomes of sessions and their overall success.
If you want to take the next step and learn what our sessions will do for you, please feel free to contact me here so we can arrange a discussion.
