One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is the ability to look inward…
I believe that as unique individuals, we all have an immense, inherent personal power that lies within us. However, this potential power may lie dormant until we channel the desire to pursue it.
We’re born with an innate wisdom about life, and a happiness about who we are. But, somewhere along the path of life, these qualities may become stifled and buried. Perhaps it’s by our parents, teachers, relatives or friends who each, in some way, tell us who we are, who we aren’t, who we should be, and how we are not enough.
In the process of trying to please these people, we may lose sight of our best selves. As a result, we are eventually led to feel that looming sense of disconnect from happiness; this takes form in many ways––whether we are depressed, overweight, unfulfilled in our jobs or relationships, reliant on others, or just not where we want to be.
This notion of disconnect is the exact nudge that gives us the opportunity to find out what’s missing. That’s where coaching comes in.
In my coaching, I use a holistic approach to help people reconnect with who they are at their core––their best, true self. Along the way, I help them understand what got in their way in the first place, what their beliefs are, and which beliefs might not serve them any longer. I help them identify and appreciate the gifts they bring to the world, realize their potential, and help them continue to flourish as they determine who they truly are and how they want to live their lives.
If you decide to embark on the journey of coaching, you can expect to uncover an appreciation for who you are and what you bring to the big picture of life. You can expect to celebrate the things you are great at, and refine skills that are just waiting to be tapped into. Together, we’ll explore opportunities to address life’s challenges. Not just for today, but for experiences that are yet to be lived.
Coaching is not just a temporary fix or release. It gives you tools for living life.
So, If you are ready to step back into your innate brilliance and launch your life in ways you never thought possible, then it’s time to take the next step!
Once you choose hope, anything is possible.” — Christopher Reeves
